What are Huppy’s ingredients?

We promise Huppy products will never contain any plastics and will always be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our toothpaste & mouthwash tablets contain clean ingredients including; N-HA to keep teeth safe from decay, xylitol to ward off unwelcome bacteria and coconut oil to keep gums happy and healthy.

Do Huppy products contain fluoride?

Huppy products do not currently contain fluoride and instead contain a fluoride alternative called nano-hydroxyapatite (N-HA). Huppy has worked with leading researchers and dentists to develop the perfect formula to take advantage of the remineralization, whitening, and reduction in sensitivity properties of N-HA.

If you require a fluoride containing toothpaste, please stay tuned as this is currently in development and due to launch before the end of 2023.

How do I use Huppy products?

Toothpaste Tablets: Place a tablet in your mouth and chew as it dissolves. Wet your toothbrush and brush, baby, brush! Smile, scrub, rinse and repeat twice a day, every day.

Mouthwash Tablets: Place a tablet in your mouth and chew until it dissolves. Take a sip of water and swirl for 30 seconds. Spit it out and take a deep, minty breath.

 Are Huppy Toothpaste Tablets safe for sensitive teeth?

Both nano-hydroxyapatite and aloe vera extract works wonders for those with sensitivity. Our toothpaste tablets do not contain any additives for whitening and instead, we use calcium carbonate as a gentle abrasive. We've received great feedback from customers who typically use toothpaste for sensitivity and we also have a 100% huppiness guarantee in case they're not for you.

 What makes our Mouthwash Tablets blue?

The blue color comes from Blue Spirulina! Not only is Blue Spirulina rich in vitamins E, C, and B6, studies have shown a reduction in plaque and gingivitis when used in a mouthwash rinse.

Are Toothpaste Tablets safe for kids?

Yes! Our toothpaste tablets are fluoride-free and family friendly. However, since toothpaste tablets are a choking hazard for children under three years old, we recommend crushing tablets into powder and placing them on young brushers’ bristles.

Are tablets safe for pets?

Unfortunately, not. Our tablets contain Xylitol, which works wonders for humans but is extremely toxic for our furry friends. Please keep away from pets!

How should I store my tablets?

Please keep your tablets in the provided tins in a dry and cool location. We recommend closing the tins tightly when not in use, as our products are sensitive to moisture and air.

Bamboo Toothbrush

What are your Toothbrushes made out of?

Our toothbrush handles are made of 100% Moso Bamboo and our bristles are made from Castor Bean Oil. Unlike many trees, bamboo can grow exponentially on degraded land, be managed without pesticides and fertilizers, and sequester significant amounts of carbon over short periods of time.

 Are your Toothbrushes compostable?

Our toothbrushes are home compostable and we recommend composting them in your own system. However, we recommend composting your bristles in an industrial composting facility. Any community composting system or a local Whole Foods should be able to take our bristles.

Vegan Dental Floss

What is your Floss made out of?

Our floss is made from corn-starch and the refillable bottle is made from both aluminum and glass. We recommend composting the floss string in an industrial composting system for best results.

 How much Floss is in each roll?

Each floss roll contains 33 yards (30 meters) of floss which should last about 4 months.

Orders & Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

First choose the items you’d like to add to your subscription and place your order. Your first order will arrive with refillable Huppy containers for both toothpaste and mouthwash products, and four month’s worth of product. Refills will be shipped every four months in fully compostable packaging after the first order has arrived. All subscription orders ship free!

Can I edit my subscription?

You can make all types of adjustments to your subscription at any time using this link here. You can add or remove products, change the date of your next order, update shipping address, and update payment methods.

How do I cancel or skip an order in my subscription?

You can make all types of adjustments to your subscription at any time using this link here. From your account page, you can cancel or skip your next order.

  • Subscriptions are set to every 4 months and you will receive a notice 7 days prior to your next subscription order being placed. Your payment will be processed up to 24 hours before your subscription order. 
  • If you would like to cancel your subscription and not be charged for your next order, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next order date.
  • Any request to cancel your subscription via email must be sent in 7 days prior to your next order date.
  • Once any subscription orders have shipped, we will be unable to refund, return or cancel the order. Only first time orders are available for returns.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders over $30 qualify for free shipping. All recurring subscription orders are shipped for free.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will usually be processed within 3 business days. Most packages take between 2 and 7 business days (not including holidays) to arrive once shipped. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information inside. Please allow up to 48 

hours after notice for tracking information to be updated.

I just placed my order, when will it ship and arrive?

If USPS marks your order as delivered and you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours as packages are sometimes delivered a day after they are marked as delivered.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received anything?

Please contact us with your order details if you haven’t received your order. We will look into it and make sure you get your goodies

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon!

What is your return and refund policy?

We always offer a full 60-day money back guarantee on first orders. If you are not happy with your first order of Huppy products, please email us with your order number and someone will reach out with next steps. 

Any returns will be at the expense of the customer. If you want to process a return/refund, please ship us your items in whichever shipping method you prefer. Please make sure to properly notate your order # and name on your package to avoid delays in processing your return. 

Any subsequent subscription orders or refills will not be eligible for a refund, return or cancellation after they have been charged. If you do not want to be charged, please make sure to cancel your subscription or email us to cancel it for you.
