Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Huppy experience. If your order has been processed but has not yet shipped, we are happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, you may return the item within thirty days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unopened. Return shipping is not covered.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals cannot be returned once they have shipped. We are always happy to cancel a subscription renewal before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. To avoid unwanted shipments, please make sure to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer service team before sending anything back. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which is required for processing your return.

Important: Your Return Merchandise Authorization number must be printed clearly on your return label so our warehouse can identify your return upon receipt.

Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number, please send your item to:

After your return is received and reviewed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow five to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account.
