I started using these about 2 years ago after trying many different types of toothpaste tablets. These were by far my favorite and hence the reason that I have not changed products since I found these. The taste is minty and leaves my teeth and mouth feeling refreshed. My dental appointments have continually improved over that time frame and my Dentist is pleased with my oral health. My husband is now a convert too. He was very anti tablet for a long time, but on vacation he forgot his toothpaste and used my tablets, he loved them, so now he has his own tin. Win, win!
