Amazing customer service

I am very happy with the product, but even more happy with the incredible customer service. My original package of toothpaste and mouthwash got lost in the mail. No fault of the company- it is something that has happened with our post office before. Even though it wasn't required of them, I was promptly sent a replacement product. Thank you Huppy!
